Workshop on 'VR, AR, MR and More' 2017 @ ICAT, Chennai

Students at ICAT Design and Media College, Chennai were privy to an invaluable 3-day workshop conducted by Mr. Prem Sellakumar from TCS. The students were imparted with some much-needed knowledge on everything to do with Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality. Topics ranging from what are VR, AR and MR to how the different kits work and how to effectively pitch game concepts for these new platforms were covered at this workshop. Mr. Prem Sellakumar is an alumnus of ICAT and a testament to the commitment that we have towards this industry and passing the knowledge to the next generation of game developers and designers starting their careers at ICAT Design and Media College.

With workshops like this, the Game Design department at ICAT has proved that its students are leagues ahead of their competitors when it comes to understanding latest technology.
