Illustration Workshop 2018 @ ICAT, Bangalore

There was a workshop organized for the B.V.A, L5, L6 , PG Graphic design and Game art and design students by the Graphic design dept on 5th of November 2018. Our guest lecture was Parinitha G, who is a talented watercolor artist, photographer and blogger. She currently holds a immense experience in illustration and is publishing a book for children known as Ajji and Mili. She added some exposure to the subject of manual illustration by explaining the history of illustration from the Victorian period to the modern era and how the practices of illustration and trends are followed these days, as well as how different medium works were described with examples. It was an wonderful experience for the students who were engaged at the workshop and were interested to learn new facts and tricks about watercolors.
