Webinar of International Web Conference on "Contemporary Graphic Design" 2021 @ ICAT, Bangalore

Graphic Design department Of ICAT Design and Media College, Bangalore, organized an International Web Conference on “Future of Design” on 11th & 12th November 2021. It was a 2-day Web Conference which focused on how the concept of Visual Design will evolve in the near future. The resource person for session 3 of 12th Nov 2021 was Mr. Robert Gibb. The topic of the session was “Contemporary Graphic Design”.

Mr. Robert Gibb Associate Professor, International Course Director - Postgraduate Studies, Birmingham City University, UK. Through this platform he had an interactive session which was rooted on ‘possible future of Communication Design’. He began the session with the key principles in design which developed through case studies and examples. He tastefully explained the progress of media and communication and where it is leading in the future. At the end he also suggested some books which can help you with communication design and the future of design. Overall the session was appreciated and valuable feedback was received. As a token of gratitude from the Department of Graphic Design, ICAT Design and Media College, a beautiful portrait of the resource person was made by Mr. Anup as a token of appreciation.
