Visit to Golconda Fort 2018 from ICAT, Hyderabad

The VFX department of ICAT, Hyderabad, went on an outdoor study visit to Golconda Fort on 10th of September, 2018. The Golkonda fort has different structures with multiple perspective grids. Our students used this opportunity to observe those artistic visuals. Students from the First year PG Diploma did live sketching on perspectives and Second year explored the landscape and textures. They also took photographs to study further. They explored and cleared all their doubts regarding perspectives and depth cues. This visit also challenged and improved the observation skills of students.
