Seminar by Mr. Barrie M. Osborne and Mr. Madhusudhanan 2012 @ ICAT, Chennai

ICAT was privileged to receive Mr Barrie M. Osborne and Mr Madhusudhanan for a seminar held at the Chennai Campus on 18.10.2012.

Barrie M. Osborne is a well known film producer whose notable work includes 'The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" for which he was the recipient of the Academy Award for Best Picture, Blockbusters like Matrix, Face Off and has also been awarded the BAFTA Award for the Best Film.

Madhusudhanan is one of the pioneers in the Indian Visual Effects and animation industry, he has worked in films like Alexander, Lord of the Rings, Aalavandhan, Spiderman 3, Alaipayuthe and is now working on the film 'Vishwaroopam'.

In his motivational speech, Madhusudhanan mentioned that he was working with three of the alumini of ICAT in the film 'Vishwaroopam', and he was proud to say that the work of ICAT alumini was good. It has led to their demand in the industry. He further motivated the students to follow their example and be more focused and hardworking.
