Photowalk at Kanchipuram 2022 from ICAT, Chennai

A Photowalk was organised for the students of B.Sc. Photography to the holy pilgrimage site, Kanchipuram which is well known for its temples and silk. The visit to silk weaving households helped the students understand the three main processes of weaving which are the colouring process, roll process and saree making process. The young talents were capturing images of these stages, especially the coloring process in extreme heat conditions. Later in the evening, a visit to the Kanchi Kailasanathar temple concluded the day.

Altogether, it was a memorable day shooting in such locations which made them explore their photography skills.
