Photography Students Collaborate with Health Journalist to Capture the Impact of Dengue Outbreak 2024 From, ICAT Bangalore

We’re excited to share that our photography department students have partnered with Lembi Kh, a journalist from Health on Air, an online platform dedicated to social awareness. This collaboration focused on capturing images related to the current dengue outbreak in Bangalore.

Through this project, students had the opportunity to apply their skills to a pressing public health issue, documenting the impact of dengue and raising awareness through their photography. Several of their compelling images were selected and featured alongside the article on Healthonair.in.

This partnership not only provided valuable real-world experience but also highlighted the students' ability to contribute meaningfully to important social issues. We’re proud of their work and the impact it’s making, showcasing their talent and dedication to using photography for greater societal good.
