Outdoor Sketching at 7 Tombs 2015 from ICAT, Hyderabad
On 5 November, 2015, ICAT - Hyderabad organized for an exceptional Outdoor Sketching program at The Qutub Shahi Tombs, Hyderabad. The program aimed at making the students efficient in visualizing perspectives and textures from life study.
All level-4 students of Communication Design engaged their pencils and sketch books at the middle of the astonishing architecture of Hyderabad Nizams, The Qutub Shahi Tombs. The monument, which is an assembly of 7 tombs constructed in the course of 7 generations of Nizam's family cessations, was a best piece for the creative minds to bring out their artistic skills. The huge land space and the beautiful constructions were also highly rewarding for constructive learning for our students.
With the guidance of a proficient Art faculty, the students got to learn about real life perspective, and seek references and inspirations for texture, and aesthetics of natural composition. Through this sort of tactile learning activities, ICAT ensures the physical and mental growth of the students besides their academic excellence. Students are very impressed with this session.
