Onam Celebration 2019 @ ICAT, Bangalore

The traditional harvest festival of Kerala was organized by the college on 18 th September, 2019. No classes were held on the day; students and faculties designed the ground outside of the campus under the supervision of Mr. Sandeep Anand for celebration. Pookkalam - Floral rangolies were made by both teachers and students. Traditional drummers were hired and the celebration begun with drum beats and dance, in which students and teachers both participated. A traditional group dance was performed by the girls and then fire crackers were burnt. Traditional keralite food was served to all. Apart from dance and music, a tug of war competition was organized and many students along with staff members took part in it. Dance and music continued till 5.00PM.
