Kannada Rajyotsava Cultural Events Celebrated 2023 @ ICAT, Bangalore

Icat Design & Media College, Bangalore marked the celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava on November 8, 2023 with a series of cultural events. It was celebrated with great pleasure, delight, and dynamism. One student adorned the attire of “Karnataka Ambe,” the goddess of Karnataka, another embodied the role of the king of Karnataka and few others were dressed as tigers. They received a warm welcome with Aarathi and the joyful burst of the crackers. Prayers and pooja offered to Goddess Bhuvaneshwari marked the beginning of the events. The Karnataka state flag was hoisted by the college Principal followed by lighting of the lamp. A fashion walk was held representing the different districts of Karnataka.
