Indian Photography Festival Inauguration 2018 @ ICAT, Hyderabad

Students and Faculty of the Photography Department at ICAT Design and Media College, Hyderabad Campus attended the inauguration of the fourth edition of the Indian Photography Festival on the 6th of September, in the presence of the legendary War Photographer Mr Nick Ut, Mr James Wellford, Senior Photo-Editor of National Geographic, and several internationally acclaimed photographers from across the globe.

The inaugural ceremony was followed by a discussion with Mr Mark Edward Harris and Mr Nick Ut on the iconic photograph that turned the course of the Vietnam War and a remarkable 51 year career as photojournalist.

It was concluded by a Gallery Walk of the month-long exhibition during which the students interacted with Mr Nick Ut along with the other exhibiting photographers and have been blessed with an everlasting inspiration for their career ahead.
