Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration 2022 @ ICAT, Bangalore

Ganesh Chaturthi is a famous festival in india. We celebrated it like our traditional way to show our culture to the students. Event was started by 9:30 am in the morning with ganesh pooja in the parking area. We made ganesh mandapam at the college entrance with nice decorations and rangolis. Morning pooja was so nice, it’s so devotional. Few students and staff sang devotional songs about Ganesha. After pooja we distributed Prasadam to all the students and staff. Then by 11:30 am we conducted competitions for students called Rangoli, Mehandhi, Painting and Digital Painting. Students were really more actively participating in those competitions and everyone gave their best outputs. We gave trophies to the winners. After the competition all the students went for lunch.

Afternoon we started with fun activities and games. It was so fun and entertaining, all the staff and students enjoyed it a lot. We started ganesh nimarjan by 4 pm. We did ganesh pooja first and students did DJ dance a lot during nimarjan time. We successfully completed nimarjan and the event by 5:30 pm and we distributed prasadam in the end. We are really happy about the successful event. We hope Lord Ganesh will bless our students for a successful life and Good growth for our college and staff. Jai shri Ganesh
