Fresher's Day Celebration 2021 @ ICAT, Hyderabad

ICAT Design and Media College, Hyderabad had organized a ‘Fresher’s Day’ to welcome the first year students into the new academic year. The program was organised on 8th October, 2021 in the seminar Hall. It was organized by the senior students and was actively participated to make it a memorable one for the freshers. The event began at 10.30am. The event started off with the prayer song and the lighting of the lamp by the Principal. The seniors performed a welcome dance. To keep the students entertained many fun activities and games were hosted.

The highlight of the event was the Mr. and Ms. Fresher’s Selection. Seniors and juniors performed so many events like dancing, singing with violin and guitar solos. The freshers introduced themselves in the first round of the ramp-walk. The winner was declared on the basis of their overall performance. The seniors provided a delicious lunch to the juniors and Faculty. The event was enjoyed by the freshers as well as the seniors. The freshers thanked their seniors and staff for hosting a wonderful event which they will cherish forever. The program was winded up with the address by the principal and gift distribution for the best performers.
