Fresher’s Day Celebration 2019 @ ICAT, Bangalore

ICAT Design and Media College Bangalore organizes fresher’s day, with the main aim of giving a warm welcome to the new comers and making them feel at home by connecting with their colleagues, peers and faculty at the college in an informal way.

The day belongs to the freshers with the peers organizing many colorful events and programs like to include Fashion Show, western dances and singing performances. The fresher’s too got an opportunity to showcase their talent by amazing performances and active participation in the events/games. Students get time to interact and bond with each other. The participants for Mr and Miss Fresher were also selected by the Judges by conducting skill auditions.

Food was served to all the attendees of the event and after lunch there were more programs, among which music played by DJ was the key attraction for all. The event concluded with award of certificate to the students who owned different titles like, miss and mister fresher etc. Certificates were also awarded to the students who participated in various competitions outside the college. The program ended with a brief speech by the Vice-principal and a group photo session with the students.
