Field Study to IKEA Store 2023 from ICAT, Bangalore

IKEA is a famous furniture and interior design solution showroom all over the world.The IKEA we visited is located in Nagasandra Bengaluru.The students got to know about the standards of furniture and had a practical knowledge on the various types of furniture.Understanding of materials and its usage in various in furnitures. Decorations and combination of furniture in an interior space.This created inspiration and a real time experience on furniture types like living furniture, storage units , work space furniture , kitchen and bedroom furniture. Different interior space setups were made there which also gave students a good understanding of spatial relation in interior design.
