Fashion Day Celebration 2019 @ ICAT, Bangalore

On 14th, October 2019 the Fashion Department of ICAT Design And Media College hosted “Jour de la moda”, in honour of Charles Fredrick Worth, who is said to be the father of fashion.

A fashion show was conducted during the event which was based on the festivity of colors adding the jest of holi .A beautiful collection of garments was worn and modeled by students of ICAT from all the other departments. Fashion department students had done wall painting decorating the entire classroom along with their work display. Competitions were organized such as face painting and Tattoo art.  Activities like wall painting using texture print, stenciling, vegetable prints were also part of the programme. All the students and faculties from various departments had graced the event and they were given a tour of the displays and the event was concluded with prize distribution where our students made innovative mementos for the winners using best out of waste.

Overall the event was a grand success and great experience for students with immense learning and beautiful memories, that would cherish forever.
