Educational Trip to Himachal Pradesh by Dept. of Photography 2021 from ICAT, Chennai

On November 24,2021, the Department of Photography, ICAT-Chennai organized an educational trip to Himachal Pradesh for 2nd & 3rd year students.The trip was arranged to understand the different culture, place and people by capturing it through the lens as part of their course. The students learned the camera techniques by capturing photographs in the new environment and experience. The trip also covered the mountain ranges of Shimla, Kullu-Manali, Dharamshala, and Dalhousie, St. John The Wilderness Church, the Anglican church near Mcleodganj.The students and staff actively participated in various adventurous activities like river rafting, trekking, zipline, etc.To make this trip to add more worth and value to it, the students captured the most astonishing photographs for their portfolio.
