Diwali Celebration 2019 @ ICAT, Bangalore

ICAT Design and Image College, Bangalore celebrated festival of lights “Diwali” on October 25, 2019 with great pleasure and festive fervour. Diwali the festival of lights spiritually signifies the victory of good over evil or light over darkness, hope over despair and knowledge over ignorance. The event began by worshipping lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi which further gained momentum with highly enthusiastic games. Student and staff decorated the corridors with colourful rangolis and campus was lit up with beautiful deepas (diyas). The staff and student enjoyed the event with lots of joy and laughter. The festival celebrations were made whole some by distribution of sweets at the orphanage and the celebrations were concluded by bursting of Sparkling crackers.
