Dept. of Visual Media Students Showcase 2021 @ ICAT, Chennai

On December 15,2021, ICAT-Chennai organized a Student Showcase to highlight the students' talents. The students of the Visual Media Department showcased their projects which were done in their course period. The event made all the students to actively participate in the class room decoration and organising the works in the allocated area. The class room was changed into a Red, Green and Blue(RGB) mode to resemble the color model. Though Visual media is a direction and film oriented course, a separate space was allocated to placard the movie posters, world class directors, cinematographers and artists. The product advertisements produced by the students were flaunted in the television to attract the gathering. An external Jury visited the showcase and interacted with the students to give feedback about the student works. Visitor’s feedback was positive and it made the day successful. The appreciations of the visitors made each student feel unique and special.
