CUBE Exhibition 2013 @ ICAT, Chennai

It gave great happiness and pleasure for our students of ICAT Design & Media College, Chennai in organizing the Cube Exhibition, held in our Chennai campus on 15th and 16th February, 2013. The exhibition’s objective is to provide an opportunity for everyone who is interested in Art, Design & Media to see our students work on the same. Our new photography club “Shooterz” work was also displayed in the exhibition.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Sukumar at 10.00am. As a professional photographer, he has covered numerous international events like the FIFA World Cup, the ICC Cricket World Cup, all 4 editions of the T20 World Cup and the Indian Premier League. He has also covered the Asian Games in Qatar and Guangzhou, the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games as well as the South Asian Games in Sri Lanka. His greatest pride is in covering the Olympic Games, both at Beijing in 2008 and recently in London in 2012.

The day was further continued by his session on Creative photography.  Our students got inside tips from one of the most talented sports photographers in the industry. He also shared every aspect of art and design in photography and how he enjoys making pictures.

CUBE is the first in the series of students talent showcase in Art, Design, Photography, Visual Effects, Animation & Game.
