Ayudha Pooja Celebration 2022 @ ICAT, Bangalore

Ayudha Pooja is a part of the Navratri festival (Nine nights), a Hindu festival that is traditionally celebrated in India. ICAT DESIGN AND MEDIA COLLEGE celebrated Ayudha pooja on 3rd October 2022. Every staff member was requested to be in ethnic wear. As this puja is considered a custom which focuses especially on one’s profession and its related tools connoting the divine force that works behind it and that rewards one for their professional well being, all the systems in the campus were cleaned and smeared with a tilak after which everyone gathered together for the Ayudha pooja that began at 4.50 p.m. The campus was decorated using garlands and flowers for the same. Pooja prasad was distributed along with a sweets box for every teaching and non teaching staff.
