Athena - Fashion founder's day Celebration 2021 @ ICAT, Chennai

The Department of Fashion Design, ICAT, Chennai conducted Fashion founder's day on 18th October’21. ICAT Alumnus, Ms Srilakshmi, Assistant Designer, Milan gave a webinar on “Expectations of Fashion Industry from Newgen designers post covid”. Followed to the webinar, Students from 3rd year UG Showcased their skills on Live creative draping using fabric manipulation techniques like Pleating, Ruching, etc., Students of 1st year & 2nd year UG showcased the different styles of saree draping from the states of India such as Kandaangi from Tamilnadu, Dhangad from goa, Bootheyara from karnataka etc.,
