Fresher’s day 2K19 The students of ICAT design and Media College organized a fresher’s party “tap the talent 2K19” on August 23rd to welcome the batch of 2019. The purpose of the fresher’s party was to make every new student feel connected as an integral part of ICAT design and media college family and be ready to take the challenge of the year ahead. Jovial smile and high spirits marked the welcome party for the new students. The celebration started at 4pm at ICAT design and Media College ground with a welcome address given by assistant cultural secretary Mr.Jay of L5 MDT department on behalf of all seniors. The programme was kick started by our juniors and seniors who showcased their talents to the audiences. The fresher’s and the seniors together prepared singing, dancing, ramp walk, standup comedy, miming and beat boxing. After, the entire talent showcase was completed the vote of thanks was given by the student committee Ms.Roshni Mishra of L5 animation department. At the end of the event we had DJ where all the students and faculties enjoyed themselves to the fullest. Fresher’s day has been an event of bonding and joy between the seniors and juniors as well as the students and the faculties, overall this event was a grand success of bonding.
